Can anyone tell me, do Female Cresties get larger when carrying; any tips what to look for?

They do look a tad larger, when they are nearly ready to lay you can probably make out the shape of the egg on their underbelly.

They should also display some sort of different behaviour such as digging, or generally looking for a good place to lay eggs.
