Could you tell me if these two are males or females? Both hatched September 2006.

Woogie: weighs 15 g and is about 12 cm long

I would say the first one is female as you can't see any preanal pores (at that close a magnification I would expect to see evidence of them).

from the picture Hugo is also a female , if it doesn't change its sex witin this month is most likely remain a female. Most of the cresties I have grown showed their sex bwtween 5 and 7 months of age, when they are around 15-17 cms.
