I went London zoo on Friday took loads of pics.
most of the snakes were in shed or the viv was being refurbished and the neo tropical rattler wasnt there
so thought id post some of my better ones ...
there was abit of glass reflection in this one
unfortunately this was the best king pic, when i uploaded pics there was a white wash over every pic...guess i need to learn more about photography lol
hope you like, and hopefully ill have a macro lense next time i go |

Very nice mate..the white wash is probably from shooting through the glass..I always shoot at an angle when doing so through tanks or windows..the other option is to use a circular polariser if you can. _________________

I see your using a d50 so using a circular polariser won't be a problem.Although you will lose some light if you do. _________________

haha, i saw the pics of your African Grey, i liked the b/w's alot, how are you achieving that? is it editing after the photo is taken or is it manual or a setting on your d200? |

They were shot in colour and just changed to black and white after..although you can change the colour setting in the camera itself..  _________________
