I've hardly got enough time to run the classifieds, forum, look after the collection AND work almost every day of the month.....let alone organise a show

One big show would be good, but it'd take huge effort and need some serious promotion to get the attendance. Also, if it is to be in the IHS name, they really do need to reconsider allowing non-IHS traders.
As for location, I guess somewhere like Birmingham or thereabouts would be about right, and that is from somebody who is closer to France than Birmingham.

would you wanna let shops and suppliers enter shows ie;you get ferme tropicale,crystal palace ,bob clarke to name a few that do the shows in europe

I don't think it's a case of 'let' rather the current wording of the law doesn't allow it. The shows should be a private members meeting.
I'm sure a way round it would be to allow traders to display and advise but not allow any sales to take place, so say a shop could have a great display of all the new morphs and take names and numbers of those interest in buying at a later date
