But in all it was the background that took up all the time because each stage had to cure etc. Then once that was all done the set up of the tank was done in a night.  |

Nice looking setup.
One question though, is there an issue with supplying UV?

Cheers matey, about the UV - I just have a tube on top of the exo with a reflector thing to send it all down into the viv. The cresties don't seem to mind and I don't think that it is harmful to them. Also because of the plants and logs etc there are lots of parts of the viv (mostly at substrate level) that stay totally dark.
I need to do a bit of maintenance on it because some of the plants lower down have died probably due to lack of light or me choosing the wrong sort of plants and so when I sort it out I will post some updated pics. |
