Nice thought, I have room out the back for 60f x15ft rep house Laughing

If I build on top of the garage I think the neighbours will protest they had the ache when I stuck a loft conversion on and gained two huge bedrooms a study and an extra bathroom. I have now erected a Totem Pole in the garden facing their house pulling a scary face with its tongue poking out Twisted Evil

If you get Planning Permission and they don't officially protest then Bob's your proverbial uncle. Alternately, convert a shop or buy the house next door. I can see it now.... Idea The Chameleon House of Kent. Imagine the electric bill! Rolling Eyes Laughing

The leccy bill is not a problem I wired it all into the neighbours inlet Twisted Evil They kept finding crickets and locusts in their garden last year Laughing I shall ignore planning consent as it will just be a large shed to house the lawnmower.

The front room lights up the whole street with its UV-ness! It's a dead giveaway that we keep reps (either that or they think we're growing cannabis!). They have also seen Toby the cham sunbathing in the front garden.
