I have a friend who is coming along with us now and i booked his room on there website last night and it was 90Euro for a double room, our room is free for two nights with breakfast because they messed up our room last year and we complained.

it means 121? for a double room per night  (against 57? for the same room of september 05)

yep we noticed the price hike...we came to the conclusion they are trying to reclaim their money for all the beers that were drunk in 06 and were never paid for  , I have NO IDEA who was behind that but if I see him I'll buy him a drink

I am booked into the Hotel Mercure, no rubber gloves required 
Booked a couple of rooms at 90 euros each. Seems to be a popular hotel, anyone else staying there?

No one actually STAYS at the mecure Rick, it's a complete dive, we all stay at the Ibis but meet at the mecure bar as the drinks are free
Thinking about it Rick, you should take some rubber gloves just to stop you catching anything from the grubby room you'll be staying in!
