Nothing to do with what he want the dog for... the dog is banned under the dangerous dogs act and yes some of the info and legislation on this act is stupid but it's there so it shouldn't be kept be it for a pet or a fighter!

Rotties are not on the DDA so yo really can't compare the two...

the way i took it i thought you meant he was into dog fighting by stating the fact of my rottys i was using this in defence of not being a cruel 'f*c*er' at the end of the day his dogs mint and if you think it deserves putting to sleep just because of the law then your just a 'monkey's uncle'.

cheers stu ive taken this from that link

The act states that anyone who owns a "type of dog known as a pit bull terrier" must have it neutered, and keep it muzzled and on a lead in public.

so does this mean its not a banned dog if you follow these guidelines? its 'poo' the whole thing its going to happen to rottys sooner or later i think to many idiot owners will cause them to go the same way Sad

I never even thought about dog fighting so I guess that's on some one else's mind? as for the monkeys uncle (yup know what the swear filter was changing there) I think the only monkey's uncle in this is the morons breeding selling buying and keeping these dogs and then trying to kustif it with "rescued it" b0llocks

I like pits very much tbh they are good steady dogs mainly dog aggressive rather than human aggressive well until some tart with a SDC gets hold of one Rolling Eyes

By rights there shouldn't be any pits around as the law stated they all had to be neutered and spayed but as we all know there are some being kept..certainly a tricky situation Mark tbh.. Confused
