for computer crashing i actually own a back up hard drive.. which i'm also paranoid of crashing lol. you could simply use a USB stick and store all the data on that really. A spreadsheet doesn't really take up much hard drive space. (unless you own hundreds more than me of course lol). I have 43 royals... and i'm looking at no more than 7mb of space per year

Not sure if that helps. Excel is easy enough to use, and i'd be more than happy to talk you through if you wanted? Smile

Actually i'm wrong. you can use microsoft spreadsheet which comes with xp package as well.

It comes without options, but i'll have a gander and see if i can produce a sheet like mine with options etc.

i should also say, this format is flawless really

I can adjust if you want mice pups, chicks or what ever, but there's no way it's going to have bugs, or go wrong in any way. It's simple, and easy. All you need is excel unfortunately.

Damn, people are seeing i'll have my own line of pastels (hopefully) and bumble bee's (even more hopeful lol).

Thanks a lot mate thats Excellent Cool

How would i insert chick or quail etc?

unfortunately i cant get the drop down menu's. I think it could be done? I tried but got nowhere. You'll just have to manually type in the feeds etc. best i can do unfortunately.

here's a link.

Edited: you have to save before it works.
