No worries! I have heard that the recipie MJ mentioned is one of the best though...but at the moment i cant complain with the hordes of flies I get from this mix...any more would be scary! Wink

UPDATE:

Well I set up some cultures, MJ's and Sams and another from a friend.

Not much in it for development.

All 3 seem to work ok, MJ yours seems to be keeping the best, I guess from the vinegar. Thanks for the info from you both, always handy. Cool
