Eddie I've settled in...

He is about 35 to 40 cm long and the viv is W60 D30 H45 cm. The photo shows a 'lumpy' scale above is right eye and I also noticed his left cheek is slightly white along with his milky eyes. Any ideas about the lump? |

It sounds to me as if he is just growing, possibly with the addition of the facial problems. The shedding maybe to help repair the damaged scales on his head and face. I think the discoloured bit on his face is from his problems shedding due to possibly low humidity.
The viv size is fine, bigger than most people normally recomend but if he feeds regularily do not change it. The temps in the hot end need raising, as Scott said although i wouldnt worry about the cool end too much, as long as there is plenty of places to hide he will thermoregulate just fine as long as he has a satisfactory hot end. _________________ TFA
