i need one for my ex so she stops hearing the voices

To remain on topic, it is a great light reflector, also does stop the voices and protects from alien rays. Mine has RB on the front of it!
Can also be worn in hot weather as a tanning device for those hard to reach places! _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

incidently i use old cheap lamp surrounds for spots which can be had from any car boots the metal types and the ends covered with b&q type mesh and then i suppose you could add foil to the inside the same, i dont use this in my show vivs, but do in my rep room thats not for guests .. those reflectors are a right rip off imho _________________

The cheapest way to make a reflector is to use a tin(big enough to fit the bulb in) from the super market. Open with a tin opener and remove contents, cut an appropriate size hole in the base for the fixture and remember to earth the tin or make sure the live wires don't come into direct contact with it. |
