Hamm is not comfortable for either the traders or the public, the tables are squeezed close together so the traders rub bums with each other, the que outside is sometimes 2 hours plus!

But it is without doubt the biggest, busiest reptile show on the planet....no matter what the Americans think...oh yeah, there were quite a few of them there too... (hi guys at Rare Geckos...lol)

I took the boat over, never doing that again! you lose over an hour sitting on the boat compared to the train. we had a great race with a bentley turbo coming home too! I chickened out at 140 and let him pass! (he could afford a chauffer for a year if we got got!, i couldn't)

lol......no, no towels.

they have very strict regulations for the traders. All tubs must be covered on four sides, only ONE animal per container, no containers to be stacked on top of each other.....they are really quite anal about the regs too. A friend had 3 dwarf geckos, tiny little things about 1" long, all in a cricket tub and he was told to remove them from display or he would be kicked out. There were a fair few people told to remove stuff or face losing their tables (it was funny, I had a fortune cookie that night in a German Chinese resturant, the cookie read "Silly regulations may anger you!", that sumed up the show!)

not heard of anyone losing stuff, but with 15 to 20 thousand people walking about I'm sure there's a few thieves among them.

Most of the expensive snakes like the 140,000 euro leucy Ball python or the 20000 euro spider het pied were locked in cabinets Crying or Very sad
