wo ho Air con now installed in utility room. My word what a difference it makes, proper system heats / cools etc. Even has a remote control. Like I will be able to work that out. Has loadsa buttons so must be good 
Has a flappy horizontal vent thing that automatically opens and closes and integral vertical vent fins that move left to right so the cool air is wafted evenly around the room, well pukka! Had it running at midday yesterday and it brought the room right down to 60f. It's not a top brand name like Daiken or Toshiba etc. But an LG but it works a treat. wall mounted rectangular box with external evaporative compressor unit. Good value for money to, not that much more than a top end free standing unit.
Not only will it be a good temperate amphibian house, but I will transfer my incubating eggs into the room. Much easier to hit the correct temps in their now within the incubators via the mat stats. With the hot weather lately it has been difficult to maintain the lower temps required for the eggs in my house.
Will post a pic if anyone's interested.
