Hello Miqe,
Great website, great animals!
Just a few weeks ago I finished the book by Völkl/Thiesmeier: Die Kreuzotter (Vipera berus). They are wonderful reptiles, though I have decided not to keep venomous snakes.

I hope this is right!!

Here's my online-photo-gallery:
On the left hand side you'll find all the albums.
Click <Vollbild> in the upright corner to get the full picture.
<Wuppertaler Zoo> = pictures of the zoological garden in my hometown. _________________ 1,1 Elaphe dione; 1,1 Elaphe schrencki;

Sie haben einige schöne Tiere und die Einschließung, daß Sie die Russen innen halten, ist großartig

Thanks, and thanks..
I am waiting for some nonvenomous snakes this fall. But right now I just keep vipers. Z. persica is a really nice snake! _________________ *** Miqe ***

Glad you like it, Peter!
Just the back plane took me whole week.
I'm quite pleased with it for it was my first attempt & I usually react 'allergic' to styrofoam. It gives me the creeps when I touch it
I put 4 layers of plaster on to it (& let each layer dry for a whole day).
The last 2 layers were mixed with earth-colours (brown & red) & finally I sealed the back plane with ground coat and let it dry for a few days.
Measures: (LxHxW) 150cm x 130cm x 70cm.
Cheers

G'day Rick,
thanks for your welcome!
I'd never question your language abilities, since I'm not so crazy to mess up with the new moderator!
Good luck for you!
