Yes she is doing very good up until the sore chin. I'm in the states so it shouldn't be hard at all to find some betadine. You said water it down a little so I shall. Is it ok to get a little of this in her mouth? I'm not going to like pour some in there I'm just worried if I get some on her protruding lip that it may get ingested when she licks her lips. no it wont be a problem if she swallows a little...betadine is used also for rinsing the mouth...glad i could help...
