Why does having more shelves in the viv make it less suitable? |

Storrs would be good, I just put this post up for you monitor enthusiasts to put your opinions/recommendations but so far only Ackies and Storrs have been mentioned.
The vivarium has several shelves but getting smaller towards the top. Anything can easily climb to the top but there is still alot of space for plants/branches etc... |

It wasn't the shelves that were the issue its the length of the Viv at 18".
Storr's would be good or (considering its an arboreal Viv) V.Gilleni? Of course getting hold of them is a different matter. |

The vivarium measurements aren't exact, as I just had to guess. After the last couple of posts I rang the guy and the Exact measurments are 20"L x 24"D x 6'6"H |

When V. Gilleni are found, how much are they? I can get alot of Reptiles through my contacts, or get on a waiting list. |

I'd still consider 20" far to small for Ackies.
Unfortunately I have no idea as to cost but I'm sure 1 of your contacts will know. If you do find out I'd love to know, as I want at least 3 myself.
Varanus Similus
Varanus Timorensis
Varanus Auffenbergi
All get to between 20"-24" |
