Is it possible? Yes you can put two snakes in the same setup.
Is it recommended? No
Snakes are solitary animals, which generally only come together at breeding time. Its better all round to keep them separated as it reduces (as already mentioned) the risk of passing infections, diseases, parasites etc, reduces the risk of cannibalism and prevents one becoming dominant over the other, causing stress and problem feeding.
Good luck. _________________ "When i'm a big boy I wanna avatar like Johonny. lmao and rofl" |

Thankyou for that, I will
Also is there a vivarium available that is 3/4ft long by 2ft by 2ft?? Or am I likely to get a better one if it is built? If so does anyone recommend any vivarium builders? |

Okay, so i'm going to keep looking for a good potential final viv for one of these guys, but in the meantime, I think the one that I have will be fine at least for a year max. So these are a few of the questions that I have:
I don't like the ideas of keeping them in boxes if I have the space. I know that with these guys you need to have a cool end and a warmer end with 2 hides in each, one dry and one damp - does this mean that 1 nozzle for misting across, say, the back of the cage would be enough or 2 nozzles from either side going along the back?
I would like the cage to look like their habitat, so was thinking that some sphagnum moss would be good as the base and would they use any branches as I've read that they can be semi-arboreal sometimes.
Thankyou

i tend to mist mine when needed
if you do keep them in a wooden viv then make sure it is well sealed around the edges |

I got mine from www.surreypetsupplies.co.uk, but they don't seem to be doing reptile stuff any more. _________________

How long would my old snake cage that is 36"x14"x22" high last a hatchling? It is wooden but I'm hoping for the beginning of their life, I'll work for a bit. |

You'd be better keeping a hatchling in a shoebox sized contico, TBH. Much easier to keep the humidity up. _________________
