And also it's easier for newcomers to class their reptiles as colubrids, boids etc rather than where they like to hang out.

Jon,
I produced some of my own jayapura crosses last year (crossed with biak). Here's a pic of one of my holdbacks. It looks very similar to your's as a hatchling. Its now turned green with a nice blue stripe.
