Lynne you are a woman of good taste Wink I do not own any Mexican Rosys - as mentioned the wee one in the original photo is a friends - but I have been breeding Mid Baja for a few years now. They have very small clutches which is a shame, but they are very pretty. Photo attached of an '06 clutch. My two had last year off but they have been brummated this year and am hoping for a nice clutch later this year.

they are such a lovely colour. the guy that bred my one doesnt think he will get any more cause he says his two adults are getting on a bit so he is going to rest them.

good for him. It is not all about making babies to get money - as I know you agree - but it is about loving our pets and doing what is best for them. After a year off they may decide to breed again.

Yes I am very fond of them. Photo of the Mum when she was gravid with the wee ones in the photo. Mum and Dad are due to come out of the cold room into the warm, be separated otherwise the male will not eat, be fed for a good month or so, put back together - and then hopefully.... Rolling Eyes Laughing
