hi i eventually got an appointment at the beginning of the week i went in and the vet said there wasn't anything she could do apart from amputation she said to just keep it clean and see if healed she gave me an iodine sort of solution to bath it in once a day (that was £60 chucked on her telling me what i thought she would say lol but at least i know I'm doing things right!) and it looks really good starting to heal well. don't know what it will end up looking like because it was a big chunk missing and the flap of flesh has fell off now so i will just have to wait and see.
*Ned reading ur reply was like dejavu! She went off her food for days but she i got her back eating with wax worms and mealies. She spends all day and night in her moist hide must be doing the injury some good
Thanks everyone for the replies
