Looking at images on the net you are right Will, like you say those feet dont belong to a goniurosaurus as does the description of the crocs tail but when it was said Madagascan ground gecko i instantly thought of P.Pictus and to me it looked more like goniurosaurus than pictus.

ah well not to worry i found the exact same photo. the gekkota site is a great resource for finding unidentified gecko photos only a little bare in areas with regards to photos of some of the more unusual species.

If I'm not mistaken he had 4 geckos, probably 2 pairs. Sadly I didn't buy any, which I kind of regret. I always like to know a bit about the species before buying them, but if they are so hard to come by, it's still a shame  _________________ Aussie geckos and monitors |
