By the sounds of it I would offer rat fluffs..Many snakes will often turn down small items only to snatch something that is larger..as you have said as long as its around the same size as the girth it should be fine _________________

Letting the snake settle in and feed a few times on whatever food is way to go. Try both rat pups and mice.

I know I have got the setup right as I have researched etc.
And also asked people for personal experience!...
She is Cf. 07.
I have had her just over a week now, I am not at all worried yet I just wanted to know
wether I should try her with rats to get her started on them as soon as because
I have been told by several people that rats are best.
She was in the shop for about 2 months and I have been told she had around 8 feeds.
she is in a 4l RUB so she is secure etc. with a water bowl and 2 hides.
and a heat mat set at about 92F
