Guys... so can I ask the temp of your rooms compared to the setting of the heat mats please??

Yup,

Temperature of our room is usually about 78-80F. Now and again if i leave the door open it falls down to 76F... but unless the snake's have been soaking and saturated the newspaper, or pee'd we rarely see any condensation forming in the tanks.

Could also be your substrate. If you are using something that is slightly damp then that will cause condensation. If you are using newspaper or something then you should not have any really.
