I got it from a fellow wildlife photographer.
I pay about £50 a year for the top service and think its good.
I've no other opinoin other than what eveyone thins is good.
I've noticed that some images have a distracting box around them that shows basic information? Which host does that or an i thick |
if the cap fits!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry, I couldnt help it
I use photo bucket, I agree with hogboy that flickr is a better looking site and possibly better specified, but ive used photo bucket since i started storing and posting pics on a variety of forums and have found it to be more than adequate.

I've looked around at a few other hosts and most a fairly similar.
Photobucket seems to be very popular with most I suspect that changing from one service to another will be difficult.....
Suspect I'll keep with smugmug for a while longer......... _________________ Live for today as your dead for a long long time

If you are happy with smugbug and I suspect you are using your pics professionally/commercially then a change could be a serious pain in the butt for you!!!!!!!

I also us e Photobucket. However, I use Picassa2 for the photo's on my PC (most people probably use phtoshop or something advanced), and I have noticed that Picasa2 now has 'Web Albums', so I will probably give that a try.
With regards Flickr, I have never used it, but my has for a forum that would only accept Flickr albums. She doesn't like it and the others on the forum all requested a change so that Photobucket could be used. _________________ 31August2008-Kent Reptile Show (Amphibians & Inverts welcome) for more information & Booking e:mail: mrac@sky.com |
