A top cham Karen!

Ankaramy are born very small and can take ages to get going and remain highly delicate for ages. Not all panther locales grow at the same rates and some are harder to raise than others. I have a 3 month old red bar that is a stonker and huge all ready and I have others that are older and smaller. Even those form the same clutch will grow at various rates. Panther babies are not easy to raise full stop. Inevitably there will be loses from a clutch.

As with all chameleons you cant just make do with the husbandry it has to be spot on, chams do have a reputation as being hard and difficult, thye can be, but if you get it right they are amazingly rewarding herps to keep. If it was all to easy where would the fun be?

Sorry Karen hi jacking the thread a bit there. Laughing

so there is nothing specifically harder at keeping this locale husbandry wise, just that they are more delicate in themselves. Does that mean different locales live to different ages (in general, not just individuals)?
