I use the term brindle when a crestie looks to have a tiger pattern but the pattern is less defined. Smile

Yeah, it's a pretty cool morph guide! Cool
I've always thought that brindles were the less extreme version of a tiger.. but that morph guide states opposite. Confused Maybe I'm wrong! Which way is it meant to be?

Just to go OT, I would have thought Bicolours would be more common but there doesn't seem to be many around really... Confused

Depends what constitutes as bicolour, my older of the two cresties, at night flares up to be red head and stripe and dark cream sides.. So would that make him a bicolour?

well it appears from the morph guide that buckskin is simply the colour and has nothing to do with patern and i would say mine is defo a 'tiger' but with buckskin colouration although s/he is still only around 4-6 month old i think (he is 4.5 inch so if anyone wants to take a guess at age) so his/her adult colour is yet to come sometimes s/he flares up an olive colour on a night
