Its the same thing with the old NTL etc, some people have had rubbish service, some great. My fiancee hates BT for the trouble they caused her with her internet, I have never had a problem with them at my dad's house...

Orange ( then wanadoo ) are no better. Idiots managed to have two broadband accounts running on the same line for me.
Had to get OFCOM involved to sort it all out. Then sent me a letter asking if id like to reconnect with them.....t*ts.
Am with BT now and they are 10 billion times better and faster.
Non of them seem to be consistent. Ciao is always worth a look before considering putting money into into anything.
