Here is a photo of a healthy subadult veiled for comparison. As you can see, the overall morphology is the same as yours as is the patterning to the third photo (the first two photos show classic immature veiled pattern):


I've taken the liberty of adding arrows to point out two fractures in one limb of the cham in the third photo:


Now, if you look at the casque formation on the first photo from your post and compare it to the following example of a more advanced case of MBD, you can see the retardation of development compared to the healthy specimen I provided for comparison:




Perhaps something from the breeders initial husbandry has created a lasting impact on the offspring such that both you and the other individual are experiencing the same problem but they are definitely veileds with MBD.

That is awful... i just kept looking at the pics of the MBD babies and it makes me feel really sad for them.

I hope you can sort them out Sad
