Anyone care to rate this place? I was thinking of having a drive over on saturday to have a look at the reptile section. They always seem to have a huge stocklist. Im interested in a couple of the chondros they have. _________________ 0.0.1 Biak Green tree python

I went there about a month or so ago, plenty of animals, clean vivs and a good range of equipment, their GTPs and ETB were just babies but stunning. A touch on the expensive side but nothing worth complaining about, ive seen more expensive. They also sell birds, fish and small mammals so theres plenty to look at.
I'd say its worth the trip. |

finally got to go and have a look today. I was very impressed.
Dont think ive ever been anywhere else with such a varied range of reptiles, knowledgable staff and all spotlessly clean too!!
Albino retics, royal morphs, emerald tree boas, inverts, lizards and chams...... you name it they had it.
Someone beat me to the chondros though. Somebody bought ALL!! of them a day or two ago (about 7 in total apparently). I had £500 burning a hole in me pocket so i was gutted.
Was it anyone off here?? i wanted that manokwari you tight git
Any way still pleased i went for a look even if i had to come back without anything. _________________ 0.0.1 Biak Green tree python

I also went for a visit there today!
I was very impressed with the reptile section - they really have made an effort to present it well. There were still about a third? of the vivs empty, so i'm looking forward to when it's all completed!
I was particularly impressed with the fact that they had a good selection of lizards - my main gripe with most reptile shops is that they mainly focus on snakes, with a few lizards and amphibians as an afterthought. But they certainly had a decent selection compared to most!
I only came home with a cork bark tube (one of the cheapest i've seen around - most are normally about a tenner!) but where the corkbark tubes were priced well, the bogwood was priced a bit steeply.
I was also impressed with the fish selection - a fair few oddballs (such as prehistoric monster fish!), and they seem to be just about to get a marine section up and running. I liked their koi pond, the sign said "do not put your fingers in the water" but if you hold your hand above the water, the koi all jump out at you for a tickle
I will definitely be visiting again.
I wasn't overly impressed with the small pet section - no sign of hay in the guinea pig/rabbit enclosures... but in all honesty, it wasn't too bad. Just that one key thing. I was very tempted with their pair of blue degus! _________________ Sophie

We have Satnav, so luckily got there no problems!
Though gotta admit, if we didn't have the Satnav I don't think we'd have found it so easily!!! It looks deceptively small from the outside!
I didn't notice a shut road, so we might have come in from a different direction? Well...I hope so anyway! We came in from the North. _________________ Sophie
