this came in to a shop near me today as a ball python, then someone else had said carpet python???? dont ask.
anyone no what it actually is.
any ideas, im thinking rat snake or summit but the head shape is confusing me _________________ myspace.com/herps_and_stuff |

Looks more like a Bull snake than a pine snake to me.. Especially the shape of its head. I could be wrong however! lol  |

i just read up theres 3 types of bull snake, theres common bull snake of the central U.S., the western bull snake of the West Coast, and the pine snake of the East and Gulf coasts. _________________ myspace.com/herps_and_stuff |

Yes, not a very expensive snake although I personally think they are beautiful. You can expect to pay around the £30-£40 mark although I have seen a few shops selling for closer to £70 in the past.. Depends who walks into the shop and what they want I suppose. If its something they like then they will pay for it!
Who on earth brought it in and said it was a Python! Oh well! Lovely snake in anycase and I'm sure you'll sell him/her.  |
