You need the following pieces

A's = 2 off
B's = 2 off
C's = 10 off
D's = 4 off

It also helps if you cut a piece that is the width of the space you require (ie where the tub goes), I use two templates 405mm wide as my 'tub' spacers.

I start by screwing the two panels (A) onto the base panel (B). I then put the spacers in and then two supports (C). I then drop in a shelf section (D). I screw the shelf in at the sides and then double check my spacers and then screw down from the shelf (D) above into the upright supports (C). I carry on with this all the way up until I have put all 4 shelf pieces (D) in, then screw the top piece down (B).

I then slide the 4ft heat strips in and put the back on. I also silicone the inside joints (all) to protect from humidity.

If you use 6" upright supports (C) then this is the gap that you should have. It also provide enough ventilation without addition vents.

right, finally my DISCLAIMER Wink

All sizes are taken from MY racking and it all fitted together (as per photo), I am NOT responsible if yours doesn't fit! If you want to be 100% sure then work out all the measurements yourself and then you can only blame yourself Laughing Wink

good luck.

Ever so slightly different. I actually prefer the RUB range to Conticos.

Well built rack Scott, I am sure that little Blue Peter style series of construction photos will help out a lot of people. Laughing Wink
