Here is the latest injury that we are dealing with at the moment. This guy has a broken wing. We have taped it up with Micropore and painted it with bitter aloe to stop him biting it off. Hopefully it will heal and he can be released.

Great pics Chris. Amazing muscle tone as you say. Didn`t realise that Noctules had such a rich colouration to the fur. Beautiful slice of nature, thanks for sharing. Wink

poor little guy, so cute arnt they, ive just put a bat box on the outside of my house so i can watch them come and go Very Happy no idea what species they though

Would we get Doubentons down here in Cornwall,every time I go Seatrouting in the evening I see bats and some of them are pretty big.
