|
|
Today is the big snake day for me - however there's no snakes.
I desperately need anyone in the Surrey, London Kent or Herts area to get in touch with me or Stuart if they own TAME pythons, bigger the better.
This is a fundraising event and a big deal has been made of it happening today so if you can help I'd be over the moon.
I know I'm not being very clear but if you PM me I'll explain it a bit better.
Here's the thread to kinda explain.

Well what a balls up of a day!! Not happy.Got let down on the snake front with not so much of a phonecall pm or anything..so me and the other half have been ringing around all day trying to sort something out..Was looking like a no go but thankfully Mark Amey from "Ameyzoo" offered to help us out so would like to say a big thankyou to him and his wife Susie.. I believe monkey is there as I type as I have just got back from work.My other half went up to give some moral support so looking forward to hearing how it went. _________________

Glad you found some snakes. Hope there is a happy ending. Very strange that no one heard a peep from Andy. Hope he is ok?

She'll be fine with those snakes - they've been on TV and around for years! He's quite near me, and they're bigguns!
Hope it all went well, and well done Mark for jumping in to help! |

Am still in shock.
Will post the full DRAMA of today in the 'facing your fear' section. But HUGE thanks must go to:
Mark and Siouxsie Amey - just amazing people (and Rufus too!!)
Stu and Mich (what a day - you two really are patience personified Mich xx)
Dave and Jodie at Luton reptile rescue who were ready to drive hours on no notice.
Rick - for making me laugh when I was trying to be stressed (you nutter - ribbit)
Peter and Scott for their support whilst I freaked out.
And of course everyone who donated from here and abroad - full pics coming to you by tuesday when all missions have been accomplished.
