Went to local nature reserve today not a great deal to see but some of the insects have started to make an appearance..saw a few dragonflies but only managed a couple of shots of them and also some butterflies..makes a change from swans! Embarassed

Cheers Rick..couldn't believe it lugged my tripod all the way round the reserve and went to set it up for some shots and realised I left the tripod collar at home!! Rolling Eyes So took these hand held..

An "Aeshna" dragonfly I think! Amongst my favourite British insects.
