Got a few pics today of one of my indicus and a few came out quite well so i thought i would post a couple resized.

Proper lizards! Is the common name for these monitors "mangrove" monitor Stuart? What do you feed them? Aren`t they fond of crabs?

Yeah mangrove monitors they are indeed tho they are true captive bred ones and that isn't easy to get.

They will eat almost anything Lil. I feed mine a vierty of insects and rodents and the occasional chick or baby rabbit for variety (chopped up of course when they are to big to swallow).

I saw some in a London Reptile shop about 12 years back and fell in love with them then. Don`t suppose we could see some pics of their set up? Please. Pretty please? Laughing Wink
