Mixed it myself Very Happy

its irish moss peat, a bit like potting compost with no additives Very Happy

oh ok, so can you get it from Garden Centres?

It just looks pretty cool, is it safe if ingested?

Well Tom i have used it for years with no problems and yes you can get it a garden centres
