They are amazing.
I have only seen one and it was at something aquatics [cant remember the name]
it was in nottingham i think.
Amazing fish section and a few reps.

Fantastic. They grow pretty big dont they? and is that a shovelnose catfish in there as well?

Cracking fish. Always wanted one, but never had the room available.
There used to be a Nursery/Garden Centre nr Bexley (I think it was Ruxley Corner) that had a Redtail sharing with an Arrowana. I used to think that if I had the space, I would do the same.

It's called Ruxley Aquatics and pet center, I worked there after the Arrowana had gone. I was told that the adult Arrowana went to London Zoo. Ruxley Aquatics has been taken over by the garden center and now sell reptiles but I recommend you don't buy any.

was at the blue planet aquarium last w/e and they had a huge one that had been donated when it outgrew its tank. looked about 3ft long

They are stunning fish the redtails, we also have one that was born with no eyes, you have to tap his head with the food his name is Baby Very Happy
