|
|
every now and then, we find an egg, that looks like a unfirtile(spelling?) egg.
so we don't put those eggs in the incubator with the other eggs of that group (risk), but we put those eggs in a special box, that also says flubber on the lid
most eggs turn out to be bad, but i always think, every baby we hatch from that box, is worth the effort.
we just don't put a groupnumber on the lid.
so if something hatches, we just call it what it looks like.
so this morning i checked for babies again, i found this baby, now i wished, i DID put a number on the lid, because i have now idea, where it came from:(
it looks vey smal, but seems to be complete, next few days, will tel us more.
name?

Hi spookje,
could this baby be from Blizzard stock? I say this because last year we had a Blizzard baby hatch too early, probably due to a temp spike we had in our incubator, that looked exactly like your little pink one!
I can't find the disc with the photos on at the moment, but she went on to be a healthy, normal growing hatchling and after about 2 weeks developed the slight grey shading on her head that most Blizzards hatch with!
Hope this little one does well for you,
Best wishes, _________________ Susie
