I am so upset but i just cant understand why she has passed away
she was eating absolutely fine both live foods and fruit lick
the temps and humidity was all fine and she was not losing weight but most probably putting on weight i had her for about a month.

Sorry about your loss, Matt. You must be gutted. Could she have got burned at all? Maybe your vet will be able to help shed some light on her death.

Where abouts was she positioned in the tank?

I thought it may have been something to do with the coco fibre in her mouth. Possibly an autopsy would help...?

If i remember correctly didnt everyone warn you against keeping Phelsuma's on Geckoworld ?
Moderators and members alike told you that you wasnt experienced enough to keep these alive for very long.

Stating that the temps and humidity were fine doesnt help anyone trying to find out what was wrong.

What was the temp ? DTH and NTL ? What was the humidity ? How did you keep the humidity at the correctly level (if it was) What size viv ? What size and what sort of ventilation did the viv have ? Did the viv have live plants ? Did you wash them before introducing them to the viv to wash off any insecticides ?

All these sort of questions and more have to be answered before anyone can try to find out why the gecko died
