my dad has found out that in Newport Gwent that the DWA license
costs £3780 per year, after discussions with trading standards he was advised to find out how much other local authority's charge for a DWA.
please post each local authority charges for a DWA to help him put forward a logical argument

Yeah but surely they have to at least allow people to apply for the licence?
I was under the impression that it's against the law to just flat out refuse it? _________________ You can't trust the snake......but you can always trust the snake to be a snake. |

I'm sure they do but just typical of them not to disclose information!
I just told my lil bro that you can keep elephants and gorillas and monkeys with a DWAL, he now wants me to apply!!!! _________________ A lil bit of Madagascar

Yep, they are not allowed to refuse to issue a license if you abide by their conditions. This is the problem though, they will just make a list of conditions that make the whole process too expensive or impractical. _________________
