I'm in Redcar - it's not too far away from the Toon. Very Happy But I do understand where you are coming from. I've travelled all over the UK to get the reptiles I want.

You think thats bad! Try living in Cornwall! I find it hard enough buying reptiles from trade suppliers. Nobody seems to want to come down here unless they're on holiday!!! Very Happy

I think you will find there are loads of reptile keepers in the Teeside area - they even have a NE branch of IHS with meetings - ask Jackie for more info, then you can increase your contacts, helping you to buy stuff locally.

Jackie a guy I went to Uni with was from Redcar and he introduced me to summat called a Blastaway which I loved at Uni which was castaway and diamond white mixed!! Tasted like that 80's tropical fizzy fruit drink!

Used to drink 5 pints of blastaway and be pretty much blasted away LOL
