25th anniversary show....combined with a cat show, invert show and mammal show. Well worth the drive over.
The reptile show was as normal although extremely busy...on par with Hamm for crowds walking about. Didn't see much in the way of different inverts, just a few pinned butterflies. The cat show had some great cats, but after an hour or so started to smell of all the males 'spray'.
Then there was the mammal hall, extremely large but nicely spaced out. Massive selection of fancy mice and rats, guinea pigs, rabbits plus some unusual stuff like skunks, Fox Mongoose, Fruit Bats, Hedgehogs, lots of strange rodents, birds of prey, horses and goats!
Had two beautiful mink there but they were evil little creatures....wanted to bitre everything that entered the cage.
Couldn't take many photos as battery was low but are a few. _________________

I agree with Stu prefer the crowd level in the mammal hall!
Like the agouti and the skunks best out of the pics.
if you look really carefully at the pics you can't see me in any of them!
I thought it was Seth Armstrong, not who killed Kenny Rogers. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk
