think iv answered teh best, he asked for my dad and i said dont think hes in, and he said are are you a family memeber i said no, then muffled the phone and shouted dont forget to take the tv, anyway this bloke sounded concerned and asked if i new the residents inwhich i replyed never met them mate but i now know waht they look like if that helps any, he then attempted to sell me a phone haha i said well iv just taken this nice nokia 1 that will do me for a while, but if you dont mind i need to unplug this phone, and he replyed with ok thank you for your time.
anyway me still laughing about it a few hours later there was a knock at the door, apparently he had rang the police and said that i was robbing my house hahaha i told the policeman what the situation was and after a quick laugh aobut it he left, honestly it was so funny this bloke didnt know waht to say next to me lol

Heard this one, on a similar note, but from someone trying to sell stuff.

Not sure exactly what it goes like, but here it is.

Person: Hello
Seller (Indian Voice): Hello, is (Name) there.
Person: No, but can I help?
Seller: I am calling on behalf of (Company Name).
Person: (Knowing it was a '3rd Party' type thing) Sorry I'm not interested
Seller: (Angry) I was going to ask if you want a free newsletter, how the hell can you not be interested.
Person: (Thinking wether they heard the seller right) Sorry, I'm still not interested.
Seller: Well F**K off then! (Hangs Up)
