I think I'm right too, I've been obsessed with parviocula for the last year or so, and am aware that only a very few animals have ever legally been exported from Ethiopia as they have a policy on no exportation of native wildlife.
The last thing I read was that a few went to the U.S. and there are a few illegals floating about. I would be very interested on information regarding that photo, where it was taken, number of animals ect. I heard that they have been bred in captivity, but its all private keepers as far as I can tell.
Supercool snakes.

Al

By the way, anyone ever kept Bothrops caribbaeus?

Best of luck with your search.

I think some of the lesser known, smaller Bitis vipers are very interesting.
I'd like to keep Bitis caudalis myself someday Smile
