Thank you very much every one. I know there are many people here who have had similar experiences, i suppose this makes me feel better in some way, to know that plenty of very experience and knowledgeable keepers still suffer with these sort f issues.
Sadly the eggs are not doing too well. They are very dented and a few have molded. I will hang onto them as long as possible but non of them appear to be fertile.
O well, chin up, ill get there one day!
Cheers again

I had a chance to try check the sex of my youngest bosc today when it decided to do its business all down me but i was too busy fussing about my clothes to look in time. Its nice that you got a brilliant try at breeding them whether its successful or not. You should be very proud of munch for at least laying. |

Thank you very much. I really believe that the art of keeping captive animals is to provide a as close to a "wild" life as possible. This involves eating a natural diet, living in a natural environment, and ultimately;y reproducing. I was a tragedy loosing her but this is what she was designed to do. I believe every one that keeps a captive animal (especially wild caught) should try and simulate this natural life style. I will continue to try with all of my animals ( i am already quite successful with my berdies and boas) to breed them.
Cheers
