no you dont.

there is some talk of them being placed on the DWA register, but i, like most other people cant really see this happening.

I was reading a report about them saying they may go on DWA and it was dated 2000 and now 7 years later theres still rumors of it, also I saw someone had written the other day on another forum that they have a freind who works for DEFRA and her freind hasnt heard anything suggesting they might, I hope not anyway because I have one ordered that im getting soon

Ha ha definitely Laughing Its also a flipping nightmare sorting anything out that is fish related with DEFRA, I was enquiring recently about licensing for Pumpkinseeds and not one person I spoke to (out of 6!) had a clue so I gave up!
