To be honest with you guys and without sounding narky the conditions are on the piece of paper i have and whether it be the same as yours or not i feel it is of no concern at all.
As for an emergency i think they mite allow that. I believe it is to discourage the "training" of persons within the room or the risk of to many keepers in there, personally i find its a good rule.
Scott, the broker deals with a company called Brooks Braithwaite so who ever they are mate.
I think after this topic and every ones raising of the fact about no one apart from me allowed in the room i mite contact them and ask why they are there and see if i can have them changed.

Just trying to help out Tom, if an incident was to occur and it clearly states that no-one except the insured is allowed to enter the room, then you could find yourself in a lot of trouble. If it say's that authorised persons can enter then you need to ask them who gives the authorisation (and under what circumstances). No unauthorised persons are allowed in my reptile building but I can give authorisation to whoever I wish. This is not part of my dwa or insurance but part of my rights as the property owner. _________________
