My lobster bins are a bit crowded, like Ricks but I slice 10 apples a night, for my lobsters alone, not much thicker than a crisp & 2 COMPLETE apples go in each bin. They go in about 10 mins. ANY dried cat food, raisins, rabbit food, rolled oats (porridge),wheat mash (bran), sweet popcorn & assorted fruit. They will eat apples, bananas, pears, grapes, oranges but apples are favourite... & they won`t eat tomatoes, kiwi or cucumber. Regards... Dave.
REMOVE APPLE PIPS... they contain toxins that can harm some herps. _________________ Dave Messer @ Insectsunlimited.
It may be the early bird that gets the worm but it`s the 2nd mouse that gets the cheese. |
