i know that cresteds are clumsy eaters, but if u have small pieces of orchid bark are they likely to ingest it. if they do what will happen

i just want to know because when i move my babies into a larger viv i need to if the smaller bark will be dangerour

If they get it in there system it could block it up.
I would advise using co-co fibre or just newspaper/kitchen paper, less likely to cause a problem!

i also use coconut fibre
much better the orchid bark and it holds the moisture well
